    Ingredients (serves 4)

    14-18 fermented kimchi leaves
    5 long sliced pork or pork belly (1 pound)
    1 large onion plus ⅓ cup minced onion
    2 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in water until soften
    1 green onion, chopped
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon honey
    ¼ cup hot pepper paste
    2 tablespoons rice syrup (or 1 tablespoon sugar or honey)
    3 teaspoons sesame oil
    ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
