Korean Food: Fried Kimchi Rice (김치 볶음밥)


    Main Ingredients
    2 Cups Cooked Rice
    1 Cup Kimchi
    2 tsp Sugar
    ½ tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp Kimchi Liquid
    1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
    ½ tsp Sesame Oil
    2 Eggs
    Some Sesame Seeds (to garnish)

    Just yummy food this time. Kimchi fried rice. Like Kentuky Fried Chicken, only different.

    For delicious fried kimchi rice, I want to tell you several things. First, good kimchi makes yummy fried kimchi rice. Well fermanted kichi is the best. Another thing is.Frying the kimchi first is important – don’t cheat.:P
    I prefer to fry my rice a little crispy which takes longer time to cook with patience.hehe You can add more sugar or salt depending on your taste.
