Hello World. I made up this routine inspired by words. Words that come out of people mouth’s that can hurt others. They are more powerful then you think. So i named this piece «SSSHHHH». I always think about my mother when i was young and she would look at me and say. «If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it». This stuck with me. I am not perfect.. but i will try my hardest to be the best human i can be. Be the type of person builds others up, and that spreads the love we desparately need so much in this world.
