In 2016, the International Labour Organization will continue working with Uzbekistan to implement the Decent Work Programme signed between the organization and the Government. Through the programme the ILO will also focus on the conditions of work and employment in agriculture, including in the cotton-growing industry, in order to promote their development in line with international labour standards and Decent Work principles.
