Decided that I’m gonna make a video that shows more of our preperation for one of the biggest competitions of the year, I thought it may be interesting for a lot of you guys:)

If you remember, some time ago I was the front flip to planche in our Freezone gym, I have it even included in one of my vlogs. Back then, I was such a pussy because now I learned it in one day, one training session only. In Freezone I even had mattraces on the p-bars so I don’t hurt my arms if I don’t land it properly, but now, I did it outside without a single matt underneath. What I want to say with this, is that it shows how fast you can actually learn new tricks if you have the confidence and something that pushes you. In this case for me – the World Championship was the thing that pushed me. Before the championship I knew I really want to do it, I knew it’s going to be something new and unseen, so I forgot about anything that could go wrong (because nothing really can), put on 100% full commitment and did it perfectly in less than 2 hours. Of course the first tries were super painful, I had to use the baby steps by just doing like a slow front flip kind of a roll on the p-bars, then I throwed the flip correctly but didn’t have enough heigth so I was landing usually on my biceps or around that area. So it was pretty painful, but actually the more confidence you have while doing a trick, the less chances you’re gonna actually have to fail it. The baby steps are a very good thing, but even using the baby steps you’re gonna come to a point where you have to go full commitment. 100%, there’s no 50/50.
So use your imagination, confidence and make some history!
