The iPhone 5 has Apple’s A6 dual-core 1.2GHz CPU supported by 1GB of RAM, while the Nexus 4 has Qualcomm’s latest quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU which clocks in at 1.5GHz, supported by 2GB of RAM.

You can buy the iPhone 5 unlock for $649/$749/$849 depending on whether you want 16, 32, or 64GB of capacity. The Nexus 4 is sold unlock to work on any GSM carrier and can do up to HSPA+ data speeds. The price is $299/$349 for 8 or 16GB of storage. Neither device has memory expansion.
