A video about how tracks can be mastered in FL Studio using the Multiband Compressor.

This method is just one possible way of enhancing the volume of your tracks to a certain level.

There is no right or wrong way of mastering a song. It always depends on the project you’re working on. (Fighting the loudness war might not be suited for orchestral music.)

But, if you use this technique in FL Studio, you can ensure that the tracks you export with these settings are nearly at the same volume level, which would be good for creating an album for instance.

If you intend to have your music be mastered by a sound engineer later on, you should rather not be using compressors and/or EQ’s on your sounds to leave more room for the engineer to work with your (untouched) material.
