UNO Tashkent. In the spotlight. UN Friday at WIUT

The latest UN Friday took place at the Academic Lyceum under the Westminster International University in Tashkent. Held as part of education outreach programmes, the event provided an opportunity for the participating youth to get in-depth information about the work of the United Nations and a range of its specialized funds and entities operating in Uzbekistan. Within the meeting, students were presented stories, interviews and other informative products consisting of audio-video clips, graphic charts and other visual aids. We asked a group of participants to share their impressions from the day.
