8. Slides and Structure – 30 Days to Learn jQuery

You should have a fairly solid understanding of the basics at this point. Today, we’re going to kick things up a notch. We’ll learn how to use jQuery’s slide Toggle and fadeToggle methods to adjust the display of an element.

In the process, we’ll also focus on the structure of our code. Massively indented code and nested callbacks can be considerably difficult to maintain. We’ll fix that!
