SunnyHill – The Grasshopper Song

The music video of «The Grasshopper Song» starts out by asking a question on the lesson learned from Aesop’s fable «The Ant and the Grasshopper». It points to a new interpretation by wondering whether the hardworking ant was truly happy and whether the grasshopper really ended up being miserable. The message of the video is to take a rest sometimes like the grasshopper, although we live in a world of fierce competition, striving to work hard like the ant. The members of SunnyHill themselves appear in the movie as the ant and the grasshopper. The hardworking ant Chang Hyun meets with grasshopper JuB which makes them rethink their lives. The work of Director Hwang Soo-Ah is noteworthy as she expresses in detail the worlds and lives of the ant and the grasshopper respectively.
